Alt Breaks Leadership Team

The Alternative Breaks program provides UW-Madison students with an opportunity to participate in volunteer and educational trips to a range of communities throughout the United States. Alternative Breaks provides service learning opportunities working with important issues such as the environment, education, immigration, poverty, and other unmet human needs. Alternative Breaks exposes students to areas and experiences which cannot be replicated on the UW Madison campus. These lessons and perspectives can then be applied in students' own studies, student orgs, and out-of-school activities. 

There are FIVE openings on the Wisconsin Union Directorate's Alt Break Leadership team for next year! The application for these positions is due Saturday, May 3, at 12:00 pm with a preferred deadline of Friday, April 25. Applications and more details about each position can be found here.
