Mark Your Calendars! Have you been thinking about completing the UW-Madison Leadership Certificate ? The Center for Leadership & Involvement (CfLI) would like to invite all UW-Madison students, undergraduate and graduate who are interested in learning more about the Leadership Certificate to attend one of three upcoming Informational Orientation Sessions. 2017-18 Newman Civic Fellowship

UW-Madison undergraduates are encouraged to apply for the   Newman Civic Fellowship , a nationwide award honoring community-committed students. The Fellowship recognizes and supports students with at least one year remaining in their undergraduate education who have demonstrated an investment in finding solutions for challenges facing communities. Recipients are not only honored for previous work but receive training and resources to further their passions and help them develop strategies for social change. Students do not receive a scholarship, but rather access to major leadership, learning and networking opportunities detailed here . Interested UW-Madison students can nominate themselves by completing   this application . The deadline to apply is   Sunday, Feb. 12, 2017 at 11:59 pm CST .
