Literati 2014 Call for Papers
The Madison Undergraduate Society for English (MUSE) is now accepting submissions to Literati 2014! Literati is an undergraduate conference on language, literature, and the humanities that accepts papers in literary criticism, creative writing, and digital projects.
We are excited to welcome interdisciplinary projects, and hope students will take advantage of this opportunity to exchange ideas, enhance their writing skills, and test their professional abilities as they present their original work. This year’s theme, “Speaking Bodies,” encourages a variety of topics for papers and projects, many of which are not explicated in the Call for Papers. The theme should not discourage any submissions—Literati considers for admission all submissions meeting standard university-level expectations.
The conference will take place on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Submissions are due by Wednesday, January 1, 2014.
