Now Hiring Peer Advisors for SOAR 2014
The L&S Honors Program is now hiring Honors Peer Advisors for SOAR 2014! Honors Peer Advisors work in a dynamic team setting with a professional academic advisor to provide one-on-one and small group advising related to academic and co-curricular life at UW-Madison during SOAR. Peer Advisors help students select and register for fall classes, as well as develop and implement additional advising resources and Honors programming.
Applicants must be available for all listed summer training and SOAR dates. During the 2014-2015 academic year, Honors Student Advisors who were successful Peer Advisors and who enjoyed SOAR may have the opportunity to work approximately 5-10 hours a week in the L&S Honors Program Office on Observatory Drive.
