Amnesty International Conference
Amnesty International is hosting a Human Rights Conference April 4-6 2014 in Chicago, IL. The conference is built around the theme of Bringing Human Rights Home and will bring together people from around the country to stand with residents of Chicago and connect to their struggles around the world. The conference will provide an opportunity to hear from human rights experts and human rights defenders, develop leadership skills, and connect with others who care about dignity and justice. There will be incredible speakers discussing women's rights, gun violence, LGBT rights, and more, including Glenn Greenwald, who will discuss NSA surveillance.
