Mollere Pre-Med Scholarship
The application period for the Mollere Pre-Medicine Scholarship is now open. The scholarship provides $9,000 to a Letters & Science junior or senior (currently 3rd or 4th year student) pursuing medical school. There is one scholarship available for Fall 2014 ($4,500) and Spring 2015 ($4,500). The deadline has been extended to April 14, 2014.
Eligible students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and be taking pre-med course work. They must also demonstrate financial need and have a FAFSA filed. Preference is given to students who demonstrate breadth outside of biological sciences, and donors prefer recipients that do not smoke or use alcohol or drugs. The application requires 2 letters of recommendation, a resume, and short answer questions.
