Wisconsin Festival of Ideas: Call for Student Presenters
The WUD Distinguished Lecture Series
Committee (DLS) is organizing the second annual Wisconsin Festival of Ideas. WFI is a
one-day conference organized by DLS showcasing some of the best and
brightest ideas and collaborations happening on campus by students and
faculty alike. Distinguished Lecture Series is looking for exceptional students to present their innovative research, projects, and ideas. This is a valuable opportunity for undergrads and graduate students to show how their work will reach beyond their studies to benefit other disciplines and the community.
The event will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 in the H.F. DeLuca Forum and Atrium (Town Center) in the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery from 9:30am to 6:30pm. More information can be found at the event's website.
The application for student speakers can be found here. The deadline is March 9th, 2014. Questions? Contact wisconsinfestivalofideas@gmail.com.
