Senior Thesis Writing Groups at the Writing Center
Working on a senior honors thesis?
Would you like encouragement, feedback, and support from your peers? Then join a small writing group of other students from across the university who are tackling the challenging and rewarding process of writing a senior thesis.
At welcoming and relaxed meetings, you'll have the opportunity to discuss drafts of your thesis, give and receive support and feedback, and hold each other accountable for making progress. A Writing Center instructor will attend the initial meeting for each senior-thesis writing group, help the group decide its goals and meeting schedule, and be in touch with the group over the course of the semester to offer advice and support. If you would like to join a group or have questions, please email Rebecca at rsteffy@wisc.edu
Time commitment would be about one hour every one to two weeks.
