New York Times #1 Bestselling Author Coming to Campus



Working Class Student Union (WCSU) is bringing New York Times #1 bestselling author Patrick Rothfuss, the Stevens Point native behind The Name of the Wind, A Wise Man's Fear, and The Slow Regard for Silent Things to campus on Nov 3rd and 4th. His trilogy has been optioned by Lionsgate for TV and film productions; he has appeared at Comic-Con and NerdCon: Stories, raised over $4 million for his charity Worldbuilders (which provides clean water, livestock and education to developing communities around the world), and earned numerous awards for his writing, including the Quill Award and Publishers Weekly Best Science Fiction/Fantasy/Horror Book of the Year
