Taiwan-America Student Conference

The American Executive Committee of the first Taiwan-America Student Conference (TASC) is currently looking for American delegates to represent the U.S. in this international student conference. TASC is a two and a half week long professional conference held in Taiwan and conducted formally in English.To learn more about the conference, keep reading after the jump!

Description
Throughout the conference, 15 top university students from Taiwan and 15 from the U.S. will participate in:
  • Roundtable Discussions designed to hone the delegates' understanding of contemporary issues throughout the conference,
  • Academic Forums featuring international leaders such as Dr. Stanton, the former director of the American Institute in Taiwan and Anting Liu, the founder of Teach for Taiwan,
  • Professional Networking Events that will allow students to gain real-world experience in building a community of strong connections and mentors to help them professionally in their future, and 
  • Cultural/Historical Excursions tailored to immerse students in Taiwanese culture and allow them to enjoy the conference as one that focuses on fun learning.
Financial aid and scholarships are available for students that qualify. Apply before February 23 to have your application fee waived!
