Summer 2014 Brittingham Viking Scholarships to Denmark and Norway!
The Brittingham Viking Organization is taking applications for study abroad scholarships to Denmark and Norway for Summer, 2014! Applications are due November 1st.
The Madison (CBS) Viking Scholarship is currently awarding three UW-Madison students (US citizens) the opportunity to study at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Copenhagen, Denmark. CBS is Northern Europe's largest business school. Classes at CBS range from International Business to Marketing, etc. All classes are taught in English. The Madison (CBS) Viking Scholarship includes tuition, room, board, and travel expenses post-summer school throughout Scandinavia. The Madison (Oslo) Viking Scholarship is awarded annually to two UW0Madison students (US citizens) at the International Summer School (ISS) in Oslo, Norway. Study at ISS is one-of-a-kind, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Classes at ISS range from Norwegian language to International relations, etc. All non-language classes are taught in English. The Madison (Oslo) Viking Scholarship includes tuition, room, board, and travel expenses post-summer school throughout Scandinavia. These two scholarships, like all Viking scholarships, include travel within Scandinavia, with a standing invitation to visit BVO members and their families throughout the region. Travel is pre-arranged and a requirement of the scholarship experience. Scholars are encouraged to pursue the advantages of the BVO network including learning more about individual interests in careers and hobbies through meeting other BVO members. In addition, scholars are expected to attend the annual BVO convention following the summer scholarship experience. The 2014 BVO convention will be in Copenhagen, Denmark in Augus 2014.
